Morgan is a little under the weather, she had a high temperature and was very dippy yesterday. So they have put another canula in and are giving her antibiotics just incase.
A fun side effect of the antiobiotics is poop. Whilst changing her nappy that was already full of poop she decided to poop every where, so I cleaned her up again and put a new nappy on but before I could fasten it Morgan decided to carry on pooping. I have never seen so much yellow poop in all my life!!!!
The troublemaker pulled her feeding tube out of her nose so now its in her mouth. Today I tested her tube and seem to just about be able to do it when I’m not dropping syringes or spilling it.
She has also enjoyed competing for attention with another baby who was being looked after by the same nurse. If it wasn’t Morgan setting her alarm off it was the other one!! During cuddles she was awake and very settled until she went to sleep and her sats were all over the place, mainly because she had managed to wriggle her CPAP prongs half out of her nose!!! I just don’t know when she became such a troublemaker
Morgan now weighs 960g, and has been a lot less dippy today. They have reduced the gaviscon to after every other feed as well.

only 40g to go Morgan ,clever girl xxx
